Why thank you? Because I am genuinely happy that you have chosen ME as your coach to start a journey that will change your body and your LIFE! It's going to be an amazing and eye opening journey for you and I feel blessed that you would want me to guide you along it.
Here's what's going to happen next!
- You'll fill out this form to provide me with some information and a best time for me to contact you:
- We'll set up an appointment to talk and decide which program(s) will work best for your needs. (aka I'm going to ask you a lot of questions. Haha!)
- You'll ask me any questions or share with me any concerns you may have.
- We'll walk through the ordering process.
- I'll add you to the next online support and challenge group so you can have peer support plus my support through your program.
This process normally takes 30 minutes. :) But I've had it take less time.
Once your program arrives you'll read all the content and then contact me so we can set up another call to:
- Go over any questions you may have about the program
- Discuss the meal plan and how to prepare Shakeology
- Discuss how the online group will function and schedule weekly coaching calls between the two of us, should you want them.
