21 Day Fix Challenge Group Starting Soon!

Hi Guys!

Guess what's happening on May 4th (besides May the Fourth Be With You)?  The 21 Day Fix Challenge Group!

21 Day Fix!  Simple Nutrition, Straight Forward Exercises, Crazy Results


This is an amazing program that's good for if you're just starting your fitness journey or if you're experience in fitness but are looking for a new structured routine.  The workouts include muscle/resistance training, pilates, cardio, and yoga.  This means level of variety means you'll always be pushing your body in a different way everyday while also improving your flexibility.  That is why I love this program but my favorite part has to be?  NO. CALORIE. COUNTING.

The focus around the meal plan is portion control, which is why it comes with the multicolored containers.
Green = vegetables; Purple = fruits; Yellow = starches/carbs; Red = Protein; Orange = salad dressing and seeds; Blue = healthy fats like cheese, nuts, and avocado.

The most common question raised about the containers is:
Is that all I get to eat in a meal?!?!

Nope.  It is better to think as the containers as measuring cups.  Meals contain multiples of the containers, so worry not!
